Favour Nwabude

An Android consultant in Nigeria, working remotely. My focus is how an Android app protects keys, sessions and data on a device it does not control.

I build and test on a phone, and it makes me read the toolchain

I work inside a Linux container on my phone (Termux and Ubuntu) with Neovim, Git and Gradle. No laptop, no IDE. It forces me to understand the toolchain instead of trusting it. For a client, that means I read the code and the platform source, reproduce behaviour on a real device, and write down what I verified and what I could not.

Three years of production Android, learned from security-focused code

Over three years I have built production Android applications entirely on-device, studying security-focused codebases from the ground up and applying those patterns to real work. Cleanthes is my main project.

I publish what I can verify

I write treatises on Android internals, Linux and the JVM. Each one names the version I checked against and how to reproduce it.
